service our communities with their visitations to nursing homes,
assisted care
facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, reading programs,
and wherever a
therapy dog is required.
Puregold Bobby's Girl, U-CD - Certified with Therapy Dogs
Int'l
Sassy has been a TDI therapy dog for 3 years. She visits Grand View
Hospital each week and spends 8 hours a month providing love and
comfort in the Behavior Health Department.
CH Toby's Mr. Bojangles, CD - Certified with Therapy Dogs
Int'l
Bobo has also been a TDI therapy dog for 3 years. Like his sister,
Sassy,
he also visits Grand View Hospital and is always ready to stand
in
for Sassy at any time.
Sassy and Bobo are owned by Leslie and Bob Adams
Syzygy Lord of the Big Sky - Certified with Therapy Dogs,
Inc.
Montie, our youngest, has been a therapy dog for one year. He visits
nursing homes, an assisted care, and is involved in reading programs.
Montie works four hours a month helping to brighten a day and bring
confidence to a child with reading problems.

Blaze has been a TDI Therapy Dog for 8 years. He spends approx.
8
hours a month providing emotional support to autistic children in
elementary and high schools.

Mak'N Rumors Charm'R - Certified with Comfort Caring
Canines
Reba has been a Comfort Caring Canine therapy dog for eight years.
She
spends a couple of hours each month at local nursing homes making
a
difference in the quality of life for our elderly.
Betty Quay is the proud owner of Reba.
Marchwood's
Spring Kisme Kate, CD, RN RL1, CCA, TDAI
- Certified with Therapy Dogs, Inc.
Katie has been a TDI therapy dog for eight years. Spending 5 hours
each month, she visits a nursing home and an assisted care facility
where she provides emotional support and petting.
Katie is the apple of Eileen Curran's eye.
It takes a very special temperament to be a therapy dog, so if you
see our Lenape
therapy dogs while you are out and about, please give them a hug
and thank
them for the fine job that they do.
Kudos
to the owners of these therapy dogs who, as individuals, have
made a tremendous difference in the lives of so many by sharing
their canine
companion which those who are no longer able to have a dog of their
own Just
Imagine how awful it would be to never touch a dog again.
