Lenape Golden Retriever Club
Board and General Membership Meeting
October 20, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 6:58 pm by Mary Helen Hoffman.

Whelp Help Seminar: scheduled for November 3, 2007. Lenape will provide the breakfast menu.

Bonnie is organizing a shopping trip to Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue for November 12. Anyone who is interested, please contact Bonnie Rubin.

Treasurer's Report: Presented by Ed Coyle. The balance on hand is $4,567,67.

Specialty Report: Mary Lou McCloskey will judge obedience and rally.
Cheryl Blair will judge sweeps.
Mary Helen is waiting to hear from the conformation judges on their availability.
Lois Kallish and Diane Coyle are in charge of food.

Match: Scheduled for March 16, 2008 at Allen's Kennels. Janice will be chairman.

Clinic: Scheduled for January 13, 2008. Meg Sleeper will do heart certifications. Sue Robins will try to contact Dr. Rubin to do eye certifications.

Membership: Deb Johnston was voted in unanimously as a new member.

Lenape Lines: We are now using the web page as the medium to provide information to club members. Mary Helen will send a post card to members letting them know that all information can now be accessed through the web site.

GRCA: Ed will ask Diane if she is willing to write a column for the GRCA newsletter.

Christmas Party: Scheduled for December 8, 2007 at Ed and Diane Coyle's home. It is a covered dish and BYOB. Please email Bonnie and let her know what covered dish you will be bringing. The Pollyanna will consist of a gift of $10 or more.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Bonnie and seconded by Ed. The meeting was adjourned at 7:41 pm.
